The goal of the "Corporate Governance 2" course is to equip students with systematic knowledge and practical skills regarding the theoretical foundations, models, and principles of corporate governance, its legal and institutional mechanisms, and the effective management of corporate structures. Through this course, students develop competencies in analyzing and practically applying knowledge related to the functioning of corporate governance bodies, relationships between shareholders and stakeholders, corporate risks, dividend policy, corporate culture, governance specifics in state-owned and listed companies, and current trends in corporate governance.
The objective of the course “Corporate Governance” is to develop students’ systematictheoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of corporate governance, including its majortheories, principles and models, legal and institutional foundations, as well as mechanisms for managingcorporate structures. The course is aimed at developing students’ ability to analyze the activities ofcorporate governance bodies, relationships among shareholders, the board of directors and executivebodies, manage corporate risks, evaluate dividend policies, ensure transparency and protection ofshareholders’ rights, and apply modern approaches to corporate governance in practical activities.
