Shanazarova Gulyoraxon Baxtiyarovna successfully completed her bachelor's degree at the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Melioration in 2005. She studied for her master's degree at the Tashkent State University of Economics from 2012 to 2014.
From 2014 to 2020, she worked as an assistant at the "Management" department of the Tashkent State University of Economics. From 2020 to 2024, she worked as a senior lecturer at this department, actively participating in the preparation of educational and methodological materials, conducting classes, and working with students. Since December 2024, she has been working as an acting associate professor at the "Innovation Management" department.
Gulyoraxon Baxtiyarovna holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics. She conducted her research on "Ways to improve organizational and economic mechanisms for managing innovative potential in industrial enterprises". Her main research areas cover strategic management, environmental management, innovation management, and quality management.
She conducts lectures and practical classes for undergraduate students at the "Innovation Management" department on specialized subjects.
Shanazarova Gulyoraxon Baxtiyarovna is the author of the textbooks "Ecological Management" (2021), "Brand Management" (2022), and "Ecological Management" (2024), as well as a monograph on "Increasing the environmental efficiency of water resource use in economic sectors" (2023).
