✏️Lecture Topic: “The International Market Selection Process”
During the lecture, the theoretical foundations of the international market selection process, the competitive advantages of small and medium-sized enterprises compared with large companies, as well as key strategies for market expansion were discussed in detail. Particular attention was paid to the formation of global product and international market portfolios.
