
Prospects for Cooperation with a Prestigious Italian University Discussed at TSUE
A meeting was held at Tashkent State University of Economics with a delegation from the University of Tuscia, one of Italy’s prestigious higher education institutions with an international profile.
A meeting was held at Tashkent State University of Economics with a delegation from the University of Tuscia, one of Italy’s prestigious higher education institutions with an international profile.
The foreign delegation was headed by Professor Maurizio Masi, Advisor to the Rector of the University of Tuscia for Planning and Management Control. The TSEU delegation was led by S. Mehmonov, First Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, with university staff also taking part in the meeting.

During the meeting, the parties discussed areas of bilateral cooperation. In particular, they considered opportunities to organize internships and professional development programs for professors and teaching staff, establish academic mobility, develop cooperation in research and cultural fields, and organize winter and summer schools for students.
The parties also reached an agreement on the future signing of a Memorandum of Understanding outlining promising areas of bilateral cooperation.
