On September 16, 2026, the next master class dedicated to effective planning of scientific research for researchers was held at the “Zakovat Room” located in Building 7 of Tashkent State University of Economics.

The master class was conducted by Urinov Bobur Nasilloyevich Urinov, Head of the Department of Innovative Management, Doctor of Economics (DSc), Professor. The session focused on the topic “Planning Scientific Research Based on the Backward Design Approach.”
During the master class, researchers received practical recommendations on:
▫️ planning research starting from the expected final outcome;
▫️ clearly defining the expected scientific novelty;
▫️ developing evidence to substantiate the scientific novelty;
▫️selecting research methodology in accordance with the research objectives and expected outcomes.
Participants completed practical exercises based on the sequence research question → scientific novelty → evidence → method, developing new skills in logically and consistently planning their own research.
The key idea of the master class was that well-planned research based on the principle “Outcome → Evidence → Method” is an important foundation for achieving high-quality scientific results.
