
Jumadullayeva Durdona Shuxrat qizi
Born in 1998 in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Holds a higher education degree. In 2021, graduated with honors from Tashkent State University of Economics with a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Governance. In 2023, completed a Master’s degree in Corporate Governance at the same university with honors.
During the Bachelor’s degree, participated twice in academic mobility programs funded by the Erasmus+ international education program. Studied at Varna University of Management in Bulgaria and Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences in Greece, gaining international academic experience.
During the Master’s degree and for two subsequent years, worked as an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Corporate Governance at Tashkent State University of Economics. Taught the courses “Corporate Governance” and “International Corporate Governance” to undergraduate students and participated in academic, methodological, and research activities.
Currently works as an Assistant Lecturer at the Department of Innovative Management at Tashkent State University of Economics. At the same time, is pursuing a PhD as a doctoral researcher in the field of Management and conducting research toward obtaining a PhD degree.
The main areas of academic and research activity include corporate governance, improving corporate governance systems in enterprises with state participation, modern management, and enhancing the effectiveness of corporate governance.
