Dadajon Roziboyevich Khabibullayev is a researcher and higher education lecturer engaged in academic and teaching activities in the fields of management and corporate governance. He currently conducts teaching and research activities at Tashkent State University of Economics. His research interests cover corporate management, corporate governance, management efficiency in joint-stock companies, strategic management, modern management mechanisms, corporate performance assessment, and the integration of ESG principles into corporate governance systems.

Dadajon Roziboyevich Khabibullayev received his bachelor's degree in Management from Tashkent State Technical University, where he studied from 2013 to 2017. At the next level of higher education, he completed a master's degree in Management at Tashkent State University of Economics in 2019–2021. Since his master's studies, he has consistently continued his research into theoretical and practical issues of management and corporate governance.

His early professional career was associated with the public administration system. In 2018–2019, he worked in the investment sector of the Buka District Hokimiyat of Tashkent Region. During this period, he gained practical experience in regional investment processes, working with investment projects, organizational and managerial matters, and relevant analytical processes. This experience in public administration subsequently contributed to the practical enrichment of his research in management and corporate governance.

From 2021 to 2023, he worked as an Assistant at the Department of Finance of Tashkent State University of Economics, where he was engaged in academic and teaching activities. During this period, he conducted seminars and practical classes in relevant subjects, developed teaching and methodological materials, prepared presentations and practical assignments, designed student assessment tools, and participated in the department's academic and methodological activities.

In 2023–2024, he continued his research activities as a Research Trainee at Tashkent State University of Economics. During this stage, he focused particularly on in-depth research into corporate management and corporate governance, systematic analysis of domestic and international academic literature, empirical studies of joint-stock companies, and the development of the theoretical and methodological foundations of his dissertation research.

Since 2024, he has been working as an Assistant at Tashkent State University of Economics. As part of his teaching activities, he conducts lectures, seminars, and practical classes in management-related disciplines, improves the methodological support of academic courses, develops syllabi and teaching materials, and implements modern pedagogical technologies and case-study methods in the educational process.

In his teaching practice, he places particular emphasis on integrating theoretical knowledge with real-world management situations. He uses practical assignments and case studies aimed at developing students' competencies in managerial decision-making, analysis of an organization's internal and external environment, strategic thinking, identification of corporate governance problems, and development of evidence-based solutions.

He also participates in the university's and department's research and organizational activities, contributing to the enhancement of academic staff research activity, systematization of research outputs, and monitoring of indicators in international academic databases. In particular, he participates in monitoring the academic profiles of the department's faculty members on Google Scholar, Scopus, and Web of Science, as well as in systematizing research performance indicators.

An important area of his research is the comparative study of corporate management efficiency in Uzbek joint-stock companies in relation to international experience. In particular, he focuses on examining the impact of modern corporate governance models, the activities of supervisory boards and executive bodies, the C-Suite management model, the distribution of functional responsibilities, strategic control, ESG, and stakeholder engagement on corporate performance.

The primary objective of his academic and teaching activities is to adapt advanced theoretical approaches in corporate management to the practices of joint-stock companies in Uzbekistan, develop scientifically grounded proposals and recommendations aimed at improving corporate governance efficiency, and contribute academically and methodologically to the training of specialists equipped with modern management competencies.
