Umarxodjaeva Muyassarkhon Ganievna

Umarxodjayeva Muyassarxon Ganievna defended her dissertation for the degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences in 2004 on the topic "Development of Small and Medium Business in Italy" and continues her research in the direction of 08.00.13 "Management" "Institutional Foundations of Small Business Management Development in the Republic of Uzbekistan."

In 1989, she graduated from the Tashkent Institute of National Economy with a degree in "Organization and Management of Non-Food Trade."

Scientific and pedagogical activity began in 1997-1999 - assistant of the Department of International Economic Development of the Tashkent State University of Economics and was registered as a candidate of economic sciences.  1999-2005 - Senior Lecturer, Department of World Economy and International Economic Relations, Tashkent State University of Economics. In 2004, she defended her candidate dissertation. 

2005-2007 - Senior Lecturer, Department of Management, Tashkent State University of Economics. She actively participated in the department's scientific and methodological work, was a recipient of international grants in 2001-2004, and also participated in the faculty's public life. From 2008 to 2010, she was the chairwoman of the faculty's women's council. 2007-2019 - Associate Professor of the Department of Management at Tashkent State University of Economics.

M.Umarkhodzhaeva is the author and co-author of 60 scientific works. Of these, 4 textbooks, 8 teaching aids, 4 monographs, including 44 scientific articles in republican and foreign journals in the field of Management, Corporate Governance.

Under the supervision of M. Umarxodjayeva, the following applicants defended their dissertations for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics in the specialty 08.00.13 "Management" at the Department of Corporate Governance: N. Aliyeva, N. Sadritdinova, and N. Aripxodjayeva.

In addition, M. Umarxodjayeva participated in professional development programs at St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Tomsk National Research University.
