B.A. IN MANAGEMENT — STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT

Student Achievement Overview
The B.A. in Management programme monitors student achievement through clearly defined annual performance goals and actual results. The two measures reported below are the annual number of graduates and graduate job placement. Together, these indicators provide a concise picture of programme completion and graduate employability over the 2020–2025 reporting period.
The results show a generally positive trajectory. The number of graduates increased from 59 in 2020 to 97 in 2025, while job placement increased from 50.0% to 84.5% over the same period. The programme uses these results to compare performance against established goals and to support continuous improvement in programme delivery, career preparation and stakeholder engagement.

Use of Results for Continuous Improvement
The Department reviews student achievement results against the programme’s annual performance goals and uses the findings as part of its continuous-improvement process. Graduation outcomes are monitored to identify changes in programme completion, while employment results are used to assess how effectively the programme prepares graduates for the labour market.
Where results fall below a goal or show a negative year-to-year movement, the Department can examine contributing factors through programme review, student support processes, employer feedback and career-development activities. Where goals are achieved or exceeded, the Department uses the results as evidence of effective practice while continuing to monitor whether performance is sustained in subsequent cycles.
