Senior lecturer Kenjayeva Umriya Fakhritdinovna defended her master's thesis on the topic "The main ways of improving the corporate management system in Uzbekistan" (2022) and continues her scientific researchs in the field.

She has bachelor degree of Bukhara engineering – technological institute, qualified as specialist in Professional Education: Management (2013), then studied at Tashkent state university of economics for Master in Corporate governance.

Her first academic activity was at Bukhara bank college (2013-2018) as a teacher in Special Sciences department, where she was responsible for preparing teaching materials, presentation, handouts, created exam questionnaires for disciplines Management, Marketing, Economic Analysis, Accounting and Auditing, Money Circulation and credit etc.

During 2020-2021, she worked as a head of the cabinet at Corporate Governance Department of Tashkent state university of economics. In 2022, she successfully defended her master's thesis on the topic "The main ways of improving the corporate management system in Uzbekistan" and continued teaching at department. As an assistant of Corporate governance department, she was responsible for developing syllabus and teaching materials for the courses she taught, as well as supervising undergraduate students.

From September of 2023 till present she has been working as a senior lecturer at the Department of innovative management. She is the author and co-author of book, monographs and articles in the field of Corporate Governance. She also advanced her qualification in Russia in the direction of "Modern educational technologies in the field of corporate governance " (2022).
