In 2010, she graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction with a bachelor's degree in "Management", and in 2014, he graduated from the Tashkent State University of Economics with a master's degree in "Management". In 2014-2016, she was the head of the cabinet of the management department of the Tashkent Institute of Architecture and Construction, in 2016-2018, the educational consultant of the Tashkent State University of Economics, in 2019-2022, the assistant of the Corporate Governance department of the Tashkent State University of Economics, in 2022-2023. - Worked as PhD, Senior Lecturer, Department of Corporate Governance, Tashkent State University of Economics. From 2023, PhD, Department of Corporate Governance, Tashkent State University of Economics, etc. has been working as a docent. Since 2019, 08.00.13 of the Tashkent State University of Economics, as an independent researcher in the "Management" specialty, she has conducted and successfully defended scientific research work on the topic "Increasing the efficiency of corporate management in industrial production". In the Department of Corporate Governance, she mainly conducts lectures and practical training on the subjects of "Corporate Governance", "Corporate Strategies" for undergraduate students, "Corporate Strategies", "Social Responsibility" for master's students. If we look at her scientific activity, she has published 1 monograph, 3 articles in international journals, 7 local journals, as well as more than 16 theses. She participated in 3 Republican OAC journals, 3 foreign scientific-practical conferences and 3 republic-level conferences with theses written by individual authors and talented students. She successfully completed the training course organized at Keimyung University of South Korea between August 5-12, 2023.
