In 2002, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in economics from the Tashkent branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. From 2016 to 2017, she completed her master's degree in economics at the Tashkent branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics.

From 2024 to the present, she has worked as an assistant professor in the Department of Innovation Management. At the Department of Innovation Management, she primarily teaches lectures and practical classes to undergraduate and graduate students in the disciplines "New Strategy and Competitiveness: Firm, Cluster, and Economic Development."
