In 1991, he graduated from the Tashkent Institute of National Economy with a degree in Accounting, Control and Analysis of Economic Activity and additionally received a specialization in Audit and Control. Since 1991 he worked at the Department of Finance and Credit, since 1994 at the Department of Banking of Tashkent State University of Economics, assistant, then senior lecturer, associate professor. Since 2019, he has been working at the Department of Corporate Governance of the Tashkent State University of Economics. He graduated from the graduate school of TSEU in 1997. The academic degree of Candidate of Economic Sciences was awarded by the Dissertation Council d.067.06.01 at the Tashkent State University of Economics on 02.12.2011 and approved by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan on 26.04.2012 for No. 01No.013142. The academic title of associate professor in the department was awarded by the order of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 249/1 dated 26.01.2018. He has more than two hundred publications, including two monographs, two textbooks, eight textbooks, also methodological guidelines, articles in peer-reviewed journals, scientific and educational works in collections and conference materials of various levels. He worked part-time as a certified auditor of the Republic of Uzbekistan from 2001 to 2006 in audit organizations.
